Contact form
The form securely sends your request to Wiso Code, stores it in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the European Union and notifies the person responsible by email. The on-screen confirmation means your request has been recorded; it does not create an account or complete a purchase.
We process your name, email, optional company and message, selected solution, intent, plan or credit pack, language, date and accepted privacy policy version. To limit abuse, we temporarily use a fingerprint of your IP address, not the original address in the contact database. Do not include sensitive information or details of your students or customers.
Legal basis and retention
When you request information about a solution, we process your data to take the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take. For other enquiries, processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Abuse prevention serves our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Form records are automatically deleted after 180 days. Rate-limit fingerprints are removed within approximately 24 hours and 15 minutes. Email communications are kept as long as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations or liabilities. Deleting the form record does not delete correspondence that must be retained for those reasons.
Recipients and transfers
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and notification delivery; Google Gmail receives the notification in the responsible person’s mailbox. Only authorised Wiso Code personnel can access the records.
Although the D1 database is located in the European Union, technical processing and email may involve international transfers. Applicable legal safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, must cover these processing activities.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by emailing info@wisocode.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
